Apple Might Feature A Shade Of Orange For Its Upcoming iPhone 8

The iPhone 8 is one of the most anticipated devices of 2017 and a lot of rumors about the device have been made including the latest one about a possible shade of orange.
The recent rumors about the device revolve around the color, with the rumor stating that the company is replacing the pink color version with an orange color. The report came from news sit 9to5Mac which focuses on Apple-related news but its report had in turn be provided by Weibo. It revolves around posts from a Foxconn executive which an Apple handset featuring the shade of Orange was displayed.
The device was featured alongside regular color options that have been present in previous iPhones including white and black. The posts were later deleted though some Apple fans managed to save the photos. The photos managed to reveal some details including a Samsung OLED display alongside the new color.
“The original posts have since been deleted, but vigilant social media users managed to screenshot them before they were lost to time,” stated Quartz Media.
This would not be the first time that Apple has introduced a new color. In fact, the company has introduced new color options over the past, such as the introduction of gray, gold and various shades of black. However, the company seems to be shifting away from rose gold which was introduced in 2015 with the iPhone 6S. There has been speculation that the new shade of orange will replace rose gold but that is yet to be confirmed.
Some analysts also believe that the company might decide to introduce the shade of orange not as a replacement color but as just its plan to introduce a new option for the customers. It will be interesting to see how consumers will respond to the new color option and fans of the rose gold options might end up being disappointed if the color option is removed. Apple has maintained its secrecy as usual but all will soon be revealed. The iPhone will be launched in September which is now days away and it is expected to be a huge launch for Apple since it will be the 10th generation iPhone.
